Enjoyment postponed.

Due to MM's metamorphosis our treat night of local hockey and candy was postponed amid wailing, crying, gnashing of teeth and some mild hysteria.  And that was just from me!   SO something had to replace it and it had better be 100% better than the original plan.


Behold I present REDO 2012  Full of excitement!   Food!  Ice cream like products, and fan fair.....
Aka Dinner at Joey's Only (seafood), Dairy Queen and a movie!

I think I might even be more excited than the kids.... Sweet Boy has been on countdown since the hockey game that did not get attended.  

There is popcorn Shrimp to be dipped,  Calamari to be rung and lots of fun and laughter.  In all honest I have never taken the whole family to the movies at once.  Around here it is an expensive habit but we all need a treat once and again!

I am beyond done hosting you in any form in our home.  I can think of lots of better places for you to be.... as in .. anywhere but here.  I have suffocated, dyed, pesticided, natural oiled, flat ironed, conditioned, stripped, cursed sworn and yelled at you ... but still you choose not to leave.    

Yourmat has been removed from our home.

Feel free to move on, away, around us... Think of us as a medieval town where you will be put in stocks when you come back...  You will be ridiculed, laughed at, have rotten produce thrown at you and generally maligned.  You sure you want to come back????

Princess Bolly will now be under constant guard to make sure you get the point.  Sweet Boy refuses to play with you and Princess Diva in her hormonal-ness of the moment has sworn off you.   So there, you are not wanted so go away and stay away.

And if you think this is bad you should see how I treat Bullies and other annoying people in life!

The problem with birthdays

The problem with birthdays is....  they only happen once a year.  I am not an attention seeker (some will laugh) but I do love that once a year acknowledgement.  Cakes are awesome, hugs are fantastic and the cards and decorations the kids make rock!!!!  Really excited for our family dinner with those we love and hold dear. But tomorrow cause this momma needs a nap!!!!    Only 3 people are technically family the rest are "The Chosen Ones".   Some Like J & D who so quietly inserted themselves into our lives 5 years ago it is hard to believe they were ever not involved.  And Melicious and her crew.  We were pregnant together, me with Sweet Boy and her with Tornado.  We lost touch a for a few years but thanks to Facebook we are back together.  Melicious might have had an incredibly difficult year but is always up for the 9am.. My hair is crazy we are stopping by so you can fix me.  Which she does with grace and flair every time!  Thank you my darling!
